Error Reports

To help us improve the property-bee toolbar, users are able to submit error reports to property-bee.com when something goes wrong with their toolbar.

Information collected includes;

  • the error message displayed, details of any exception thrown and the call stack when the error occurred.
  • which version of the property-bee.com toolbar you are using.
  • the user-agent string of your browser (this tells us which version of Firefox you are using and on which Operating system).
  • a unique id (a randomly generated string) which identifies which account the toolbar is registered to (in case we need to contact you).
