#128ToolbarCan we have a delete button to remove properties from the sidebar?Can we have a delete button to remove properties from the sidebar?

The problem with a real "delete button" is as soon as the property is
viewed again (eg in a search), it will be displayed again.

Hence the the button is really a "don't show me this anymore as I'm not
interested" button :)

#151ToolbarImprove css / style sheet usageThe toolbar;
* has css embedded in the source code
* tries to create a userChrome.css (to allow the sidebar to be resized)

We could;
* move the embedded css into a "user" stylesheet / load this on start up
* not create userChrome.css, but create our own "agent" stylesheet / load
this on start up

Advantages;
* Puts css all in one place / easier to maintain
* Could use css selectors based on site being viewed
* Possibly allow users to create there own "skins"
