What would make you visit property-bee.com more often?

As some of you may have noticed; the number of people visiting goes up dramatically either when something goes wrong or there's a new release. This is something that I think needs to change over time, so that property bee becomes more self sustaining. Hence the question "What would make you visit property-bee.com more often?"

I think adding a small donate button or link to the PB display box that overlays the listings might work wonders?
Especially if it changed to a more prominent colour when finance was needed.

That could be an option. I'm not sure directly putting a donate button into someone elses site is possibly the best option in terms of breaking t&'s (both the site and paypals) plus there could be confusion about who the donate button is for (pb or the site itself) but a link to a page on property-bee.com might be ok.

On a similar theme, the toolbar could read the RSS feed that we generate and display recent forum posts/releases/announcements itself

My two suggestions for PB

1/ I'd like to see the actual Sale price achieved

1/ It would be great if PB could track properties when it's taken off the market, and put back on with a different agent. Perhaps even tracking a property across multiple sales

eg Perhaps the total history could show...

Mar 1998 - Initial entry, Price £100,000
Apr 1998 - Price change Price £95,000
Jun 1998 - Sold Price, £94,000
Sep 2008 - Initial entry, £200,000
Oct 2008 - Price change £195,000
Nov 2008 - Price change £190,000
Dec 2008 - Price change £185,000
Jan 2009 - Price change £175,000
Mar 2009 - Sold Price £165,000
Sep 2011 - Initial Price - £150,000

I realise that even postcode isn't detailled enough to track individual properties, but I'm sure that someone cleverer than me could solve that!

Firstly, what a great site plugin this is! As a FTB I need all the help I can get, and knowing the number of times a property has been on/off the market, how far the price has moved etc, really will help when it comes to actually putting an offer in (i'm still researching!!).

I am sort of reposting what I mentioned in another thread, but think it would be very helpful and encourage more visits...

I think it would be great if there was a bit more of a community involvement here. Being able to post personal experiences of properties would be really helpful (directly linked to the plugin window in the browser in some way). It would allow people to find answers to questions that may have already been asked, such as lease time remaining, service charges, weird lease/freehold agreements etc etc. Would save a lot of peoples time. It would also be good to share experiences of good/bad EA's, and also any vendors that may be time wasters, such as pulling the pin after you've paid for a survey etc to be done.

Thanks for the work so far, really appreciate it, and I look forward to its development!

Does PB collect data on price changes and store on a server?

If so you could offer the PB House Price Index.

Secondly you could display the biggest gainers and fallers like propertysnake used to.

Is this feasible?

I say this because I am seeing sellers drop their prices by 5K every 3-6months, taking off 10K for the new year and so forth.
I don't see this reality from Halifax or Nationwide.

Would be useful if PB users could link property listings - i.e. where a property is on with multiple EA's - and the ability to group these within the toolbar, so you only see one listing with the lowest advertised price, longest listing, etc.
